In order to upload your Google Fit physical activity data, you will need to export your data, save it to your device and upload it.
This is made simple for you by following the 6 easy steps below.

6 Easy Steps to Upload Your Google Fit Activity Data

Step 1
Click here to sign into your google account – this will open in a new window
Go to your google account. Click on the “Data & personalization” tab
Step 2
Scroll down and click on “Download your data”
Click “Deselect all”
Step 3
Select “Fit – your google fit activity data”
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Next step”
Step 4
Under “Delivery method”, select “Send download link via email”
Under “Frequency””, select “Export once”
Under “File type and size”, select “.zip” & select “2GB”
Click “Create export”
Step 5
When your data is ready, click the “Download” button and save your takeout data folder to an appropriate location e.g. downloads folder
Step 6
Click the link below to upload your physical activity data file
You will see a file request from Dr Gallin Montgomery, the Principal Investigator
You will need to click the “Select Files” button and then navigate to your “takeout.zip” folder in the location that you have saved it e.g. downloads folder

In the link above, when you have clicked the “Select Files” button, upload your “takeout.zip” folder
So we can identify your data and link it to your questionnaire, remember to add your:

First name
and
Last name

Click “Upload”
